Shipping & Returns
The majority of our products are shipped through UPS, USPS or FedEx. Products shipped through UPS or FedEx are normally shipped within one business day after an order is placed. Products too large or too heavy to be shipped through normal UPS or FedEx shipping are shipped via freight truck.
If you have a delivery deadline by which you need to have your order delivered, please contact us to ensure that we can meet your deadline.
Returns are accepted on most products that are new or that have not been customized or made to order. If you have a question about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
Before sending a product back for return credit, please be sure to contact us to get a return authorization (RA) number. You will need to mark your return authorization number on the packaging when you return the product. This allows us to match your return with the initial order so that you can receive credit.
Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of up to 25% of the order amount. This covers our costs for merchant fees and the personnel required to handle returns.
